Never have I consider enlisting the assistance of a Realtor for a rental property, however, after a casual conversation with Nina at a nail salon I said why not. I informed her of the area, budget and type of property I was interested in, after a few days she had four properties that meet the criteria I had given her, actually it was a bit of a struggle because there were 2 rentals I could see myself in. Nina knew I was having difficulty deciding, so with her help I made a decision by using pros and cons method. In the next year of so I will be purchasing a home and Nina will be my agent, a true professional that pays attention to her client's wants and needs.
